8. Liability & Insurance

The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we exercise due diligence in selecting partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

8.2 Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

8.3 Travel Insurance

Clients must inform the Company of any special requirements, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs at the time of inquiry to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

All content on our website including text, images, logos, designs, and itineraries are the intellectual property of Blue Mountains Tours & Travels or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
